N’Golo Kante stunned the visitors with a goal just before half-time and man-of-the-match David Luiz sealed the victory with a second-half header.Azpilicueta was making his 300th appearance for Chelsea and it was arguably one of his best so far. The captain on the night made a sensational last-ditch block to deny Leroy Sane a certain goal in the first-half and kept City’s dangerous wide players under control.The last player to complete as many successful tackles in a single Premier League match was N’Golo Kante, who won 14 during a 1-1 draw at Liverpool in January 2017.Azpilicueta, who joined the Blues in the summer of 2012, recently committed his future to the club by signing a new four-year contract.
